Is it really just £299.00 for the full hire ?

Yes ! £299.00 is the total price for the hire. This price includes delivery to you in the post, as well as a courier to pick it up from you after your event.Refundable Security DepositTo help us continue offering booth in a box at an affordable price, a refundable security deposit of £300.00 is required with every booking. Your security deposit is fully refunded once your booth in a box has been safely returned and inspected.The deposit will only be retained, in full or in part, if your booth is:Lost or stolen whilst in your careReturned with significant damage beyond normal wear and tear.Returned with missing components.We understand that minor signs of use are a natural part of every celebration and these will never affect your refund.If you have any questions about our security deposit, we're always happy to help before you book.

Yes of course, we can send booth in a box to your wedding planner or family member or friend. When you reserve a booth with us - just add their name and address on the booking form and booth in a box will be sent to them.

How is the booth powered ? Do I need to plug it in ?

Does it cost to download all my pictures and videos ?

No, there are no hidden fees at all. Your online gallery will be live for 4 weeks after your event and during this time you can download, print and share all your content at no extra cost.

Where is my online gallery / how do I access it ?

As soon as your booth is returned, we will send you a link to your gallery where all your pictures and videos will be waiting for you 🎉

What happens if booth in a box gets lost or stolen while I have it ?

We take a £300.00 security deposit from you before we send out the booth. In the event of loss or theft of the booth while it is in your possession, we will keep the security deposit to cover the expense of building & replacing the booth. To note - as soon as your booth in a box is returned to us safely and in good working order, your full security deposit will immediately be returned to you.
